Chrissie Davis
Title/company: President, CORE Builders
Start date in new position: January 2023
Hardest thing about starting a new job: The higher up you go, the more you can’t have a bad day…you have to stay on-point.
Biggest current challenge: It is always challenging in construction to work through pipeline flow or the lack thereof. Smoothing out the highs and lows and gaining predictability on pipeline projects continues to be a challenge.
Describe your leadership style: I am a cheerleader for my team. I’m always looking for ways to better support our staff to help drive overall success for them, for our projects and clients, and ultimately for the company. I love encouraging problem-solving and creative solutions.
On the weekends, you can find me…: Bouncing around with the family whether playing at the park, exploring a neighborhood we haven’t seen before, or brushing up on the kid’s financial knowledge by setting up a lemonade stand!
