South Park Commons is a 62-unit, 4 story affordable housing development which includes 30 units allocated for chronically homeless individuals. Construction began in Spring of 2023 will include a bevy of apartment homes from studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms.The building and surrounding site include community amenities such as onsite laundry facilities, a bicycle storage room, and a furnished outdoor patio and playground to promote community and provide safe play areas for children.
