Built on a 3.19 acre site, the community consists of 95 affordable one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments for seniors, ground floor retail, many on-site amenities, and lush landscaping. The building height is approximately 57 feet, consisting of four stories on a parking podium.
The project features green building practices, including a 20% energy efficiency beyond the Title 24 energy code, and is certified with the Build It Green program, which enhances the quality of life for the residents of Buena Vista Midtown.
