Tamien Station is an affordable Transit-Oriented Development adjacent to the VTA Tamien Station. The six-story community delivers 135 affordable residential units and includes two levels of on-site parking thoughtfully integrated into the building design. A publicly funded daycare is incorporated at the ground level, supporting working families and strengthening neighborhood resources. Residents enjoy a robust amenity program featuring two landscaped courtyards with lounge seating, a grill area, and a splash pad, along with a club room, fitness center, and a coworking/homework room. Together, these elements create a vibrant, family-friendly community that promotes connectivity, convenience, and quality of life.
