Summerwind is a site-work project in an existing apartment complex in San Jose. CORE Builders will be providing accessible access to two new manager’s units in both the East and West Parcels. The existing parking lot will also be reconfigured to provide new visitor and tenant parking with gate access. Additionally, an emergency vehicular access or EVA road will be added to the property.
