Sunnyvale Block 15 is an affordable housing project in the heart of Sunnyvale. Construction started in November 2021 on a four story apartment building with a subterranean parking garage and with seven townhomes facing the neighboring properties on the back side of the site. The project has some wonderful amenities for the residents and has a great interface with the public with an entry plaza that spills out onto Mathilda. The project is slated to open in fall of 2023.
