Monroe Apartments is an affordable housing project with a total of 65 units in Santa Clara. It is a three story apartment building with an on-grade parking lot. The project broke ground in April 2022 and is scheduled to open in Fall 2023 delivering housing to low-income residents including people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
