In September 2013, construction began on 899 Valencia Street in San Francisco. This new five story mixed-use building will be comprised of 18 residential upscale condominium units over ground floor commercial with basement parking.
The 18 residential units will be sold at market rate and will consist of 14 three-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom units all with private or common decks. The project is in construction to meet Title 24 requirements and will be completed in October 2014.
