Core General Contractor Inc. dba CORE Builders was founded by David Neale on June 18, 2001 with the mission of providing high quality construction within the framework of an “across the board” team effort between developer and builder.

Experience
CORE Builders has constructed and rehabilitated almost 4,000 apartments, townhomes, and single family homes in 39 different communities around the Bay Area. Our projects range from eight story concrete mid-rise buildings to single-family home subdivisions. We are specialists in multi-family and mixed-use construction including rehabilitation of existing apartment complexes. We have extensive experience in podium work and all public and private improvements. We are also accomplished at working with prevailing wage requirements mandated by governmental agencies. We pride ourselves on our preconstruction services to help set projects on the right path ahead of construction.

CORE Builders is prepared and skilled in working with you and your consultants to assist in coordinating your plans and specifications to maintain a high level of constructability throughout the design and construction drawing phases of your project. If we are engaged at the early stages of your project, we can be a real asset in integrating a more cost-effective project.

We will regularly update your estimated cost to enable the owner to make any required value engineering decisions in a timely manner.
Safety
We pride ourselves on accident-free construction sites. Our staff is highly trained and receives ongoing updates and instruction to stay abreast of new safety procedures. We require and monitor regularly scheduled safety meetings with our own staff and the staffs of all subcontractors on our projects. A clean site is a safe site.
